VEV-UG 5,000 vs 10,000 IU D3 K2 Softgels
VEV-UG softgels come in three Featured parents. Two are D3 + K2 only; one adds magnesium and zinc. The decision is dose per softgel, K2 mcg, and whether you want minerals in the same bottle.

| Parent | D3 per serving | K2 (MK-7) | Serving | Count | Minerals |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Corefeel 5,000 IU MK-7 | 5,000 IU | 100 mcg | 1 softgel | 300 | None |
| VEV 10,000 IU / 200 mcg K2 | 10,000 IU | 200 mcg | 1 softgel | 300 | None |
| Corefeel 10,000 IU + Magnesium | 10,000 IU | 200 mcg | 3 softgels | 120 | Magnesium glycinate, magnesium malate, zinc citrate |
All three use a coconut-oil softgel carrier for the fat-soluble vitamins. The mid-dose and high-IU D3+K2 parents keep a one-softgel serving; the magnesium stack reaches its 10,000 IU figure across three softgels.
When mid dose is enough
Pick the Corefeel 5,000 IU MK-7 when you want a simple one-softgel mid dose and a long 300-count run. There is no magnesium or zinc on this parent, so keep separate minerals if your routine already includes them.
When you want higher IU without minerals
The VEV 10,000 IU / 200 mcg K2 doubles the IU figure and doubles the MK-7 mcg versus mid-dose Corefeel, still at one softgel per day and 300 servings. Shop-page language also notes GMP manufacturing and NSF independent third-party laboratory testing. Confirm the dose on the label before you start.
When minerals belong in the same bottle
Choose the Corefeel 10,000 IU + Magnesium stack when magnesium glycinate, magnesium malate, and zinc citrate should ride with D3 and K2. Expect a three-softgel serving and a shorter 120-count bottle (about forty days at that serving).
